Customer service at its best! I have been experiencing phantom problems with this car from the beginning that would not produce codes. Finally, it began sputtering and the engine/ I have been experiencing phantom problems with this car from the beginning that would not produce codes. Finally, it began sputtering and the engine/trans special kept troubleshooting until the problem was resolved. But, I would be remiss if i did not give Melissa her credit. She is awesome and worth her weight in gold. She is a customer service extraordinaire. She coordinates every aspect of the customer experience like a symphony from beginning to end. She even petitioned for me to get financial assistance through Lincoln in May when my break actuator went out. I asked her why would they do that? She said because my family had been loyal customers. Melissa is a strong reason why My family has continued with Sutton and the Lincoln brand! More

Review of Sutton Ford in Matteson Car bought was a used one. They put the back license plate on crooked and complained about vacuuming some dog hair for me before I took it home. I bought a used car at Van Drunen in Homewood and they gassed it up full. I had to replace the power steering pump within a week of owning it. I most likely will go somewhere else for my next car.
