The front desk help was nice and friendly but the guy who did my oil change left my car with oil marks everywhere. I honestly dread coming to Sutton Ford for anything. I regret even buying from them. I paid $2k for a Car Butler warranty on my exterior paint & interior leather protection. Went in for my first protect I regret even buying from them. I paid $2k for a Car Butler warranty on my exterior paint & interior leather protection.
