Took my edge in gave it back scratched. Took back in to remove scratches and was told did the best they could. Was told manager would call me Monday and still haven’t heard anything back. The Quick Lane is far from quick. I waited over two hours just to get an oil change and the mechanic that serviced my Ford Edge was supposedly servicing multiple cars at the same time. Jessica at the counter just to get an oil change and the mechanic that serviced my Ford Edge was supposedly servicing multiple cars at the same time.
