At 4,00, to make the same inquiry & a man beh8nd the check in desk told me oil changes took 1/2-2 hours. I asked why because ny doctors don't even make me wait thar long. Guess he thought callings me ma'am several times made his frustrated tone sound more polite. Finally got car at 4:30. 2 hours for a simple oil change, with car owner showing up 10 minutes early for their appointment, is about 1 hour too long. What is the point of an appt & why does an oil change take 2 hours? More
