Eric Defalco Eric was excellent. Not only did he see to it that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner ( air bag recall ) he also identified another issue with Eric was excellent. Not only did he see to it that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner ( air bag recall ) he also identified another issue with a tail light that will have to be replaced under a recall that I was not aware of.
