Normal maintenance Took my Acadia in for an oil and filter change. Commented that one of my tires seemed to be slowly losing air. Dick Norris Buick - Acadia Car Maintenance I purchased my 2014 GMC Acadia from your dealership about 3 months ago. I brought the vehicle in for and oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint in I purchased my 2014 GMC Acadia from your dealership about 3 months ago. I brought the vehicle in for and oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. Also was losing air in one of my tires. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and provided me with all the information I needed to make sound decisions on any repairs and maintenance required. The dealership also has a very comfortable waiting area which I used during my visit. In the past I have stayed away from dealerships because I didn't trust them. This is the first time that I've had to leave my car and I was given a lovely courtesy vehicle to use for the week while they were waiting for a part to come in. My service advisor (Chaz) noted a service bulletin for my truck and quickly addressed the problem. Also, they immediately gave me a loaner vehicle so I was not inconvenienced by not having transportation. I feel this dealership gave me a great value on the service they provided. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy and competitive dealership both in sales and service. Even though this dealership is a bit out of the way for me I will continue using them because of two reasons - are they consisted in competitive pricing and the entire staff is friendly, professional and a "no pressure" environment.
