My service advisor (Chaz) noted a service bulletin for my truck and quickly addressed the problem. Also, they immediately gave me a loaner vehicle so I was not inconvenienced by not having transportation. I feel this dealership gave me a great value on the service they provided. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy and competitive dealership both in sales and service. Even though this dealership is a bit out of the way for me I will continue using them because of two reasons - are they consisted in competitive pricing and the entire staff is friendly, professional and a "no pressure" environment. Stress free I drove in with no appointment with a question about my battery.They took it and checked it right at that moment and found it to be defective. Oil Change I found the quick service to be very good. I was surprised to find that I didn't have free changes for the life of the lease (won't make that mistake I found the quick service to be very good. Checked on possible new vehicles and the salesman was very helpful. One suggestion is a wash after service (former dealer in Ohio did that). Will definitely check on new vehicles here in a few months when my lease is up. More
