Unbelievable Customer Service Franco Lombardo is the best! After having an awful experience with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep, Franco came through when we needed him most. We had leased the car through Eastchester Chrysler Jeep and when it came time to return the car, Eastchester refused to take it. We couldn't even get them to schedule an appointment. They claimed that the banks weren't picking up the cars and that they weren't accepting any more. They wouldn't even return our calls...not even the manager. Other Jeep dealerships were baffled that a dealership wouldn't take the car back from a customer who leased from them. Out of desperation, I called White Plains Jeep and thankfully found Franco. He understood the situation and even though we didn't lease from White Plains Jeep, he made our problem his priority in finding a solution. 5 days later, I was able to bring the car in with no issues. Franco's level of customer service and professionalism is unparalleled to any dealer (not just Jeep) that I have ever experienced. Amazing customer service Went to many dealerships to find the right car. This one was perfect. Not only did they have an abundance of jeeps, but they had a variety of brands. He gave me all my options and explained everything to me - and I could not be more grateful! He made me feel confident - I could see he was very knowledgeable and he was very focused on getting me what I needed and wanted. I have recommended him a number of time and will say that I can not imagine ever going anywhere else. The staff were all very supportive of helping him get me what truly made me happy.
