Warranty work I have came 2 times dealership called 4 times,was told everytime I would receive a call back never happened. I've called Ford Mo Co complaint line was I have came 2 times dealership called 4 times,was told everytime I would receive a call back never happened. I've called Ford Mo Co complaint line was told I would receive a call back from dealership still never happened I called again was put thru to a supervisor I got recording saying she would return my call never happened. Guess I will have to buy a Chevy next time or go to another dealership obviously you have so much work you can't handle it More

MKC Kevin I visited Taylor Ford after seeing a CAR.COM ad for what I thought was a 2017 Lincoln MKX, Nick politely told me they had an MKC on the lot, but not I visited Taylor Ford after seeing a CAR.COM ad for what I thought was a 2017 Lincoln MKX, Nick politely told me they had an MKC on the lot, but not an MKX. I looked up the ad, found my error, and decided to look at the C since I was already here. Even though the car had just arrived and wasn't prepped, it was in perfect shape and was a gorgeous vehicle.
