Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I leased a 2022 Escape in June and the car is making a noise. I have it in service twice and still isn't fixed. All I got where excuses from service. I was able to schedule my appointment online for The Works services bundle starting at 11:30 am, enabling me to walk to a nearby restaurant and enjoy lunch. I paid for the services using my FordPass Rewards Visa using my rewards points balance. When I saw my Ford Escape to drive home, it had that showroom-ready shine which reflects the care of the Taylor Ford service team. I would give this all-star team all the stars imaged by the James Webb Space Telescope plus the stars in Vincent van Gough’s masterpiece “The Starry Night.” More
