I recently brought my car in for service, and while the work itself may have been completed, I was disappointed with the customer service. The service advisor came across as rushed and somewhat rude. When I asked questions about my vehicle, I didn’t feel like they were fully answered or that my concerns were taken seriously. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and given enough time to understand the service being performed. I hope the business will work on improving communication and making customers feel valued.
