We have dedicated people to answer phone calls and make appointments and occasionally they are on multiple calls so we have a rollover answering service that can answer some basic questions and pass your info along for a callback. It sounds like there was a breakdown in our process somewhere if you did not get a call back. Our QuickLane is a no appointment necessary operation and has the fastest in-and-out time for oil changes. We have a check-in application that can reserve your spot and give you an estimate as to when your vehicle will be taken into the shop. We implement technology, tools and processes to make the process easier for customers to do business with us. Again, we are sorry it did not work that way for you.
