In the last 4 years, I've had a few concerns. First, the Quick Lane service on my vehicle. The printed service report was for a 4X4. So I quit the QL because my pick-up is a 2X4. After consulting with the GM, I came back to the service department. Then I traded vehicles for a certified used truck and discovered later that the balance of the bumper to bumper guarantee did not exist. The administer that advised me of that guarantee had been dismissed. Now, either Ford or the dealer have defective parts. Twenty chrome lug nuts were replaced at my last service (5 were previously replaced). Now is the time to shift my business to the local largest Silverado dealer in Minnesota. More
