The people at Tenvoorde Ford did a great job making amends for problems Ford Co. created in the manufacturing of my new 2022 Ford Explorer Platinum. If it wasn't for the people at Tenvoorde and how the amends for problems Ford Co. created in the manufacturing of my new 2022 Ford Explorer Platinum. If it wasn't for the people at Tenvoorde and how they took care of the issues I would have just turned and walked away. I know manufacturing has it's problems getting various equipment ie: chips, ect. and I know dealerships can't get inventory so customers can actually see ahead of time what they're getting or ordering, but if it hadn't been for Kris & Scott I would just have walked away from my order. More
