I had a great semi-annual experience for an oil change. Subaru advisor Ryan put me at ease with my concerns for my vehicle's brakes and catalytic converter with clear explanations. Only suggestion is to have closed captioning on the tv if there is no sound to not bother people. More

On a trip, and evidently picked up a piece of steel in my tire. In a strange town, not knowing where anything is, was very glad to find a VW dealer.
