The most noticeable trait to the dealership is the lack of pressure to "up sell" you to a more expensive vehicle or to pressure you to settle on something that doesn't fit your needs or desires. Mike in Finance was extremely knowledgeable, and used his expertise to help me decide the proper course of action regarding all the extra warranties and coverages that ease the burden of automobile ownership. I often judge a dealership first, by how quickly the car is pulled up out front for my initial viewing, and how quickly the salesman is ready to showcase the vehicle, and how enthusiastic he is about showing me why I should buy the vehicle....and Mr. Trujillo did not disappoint. I will definitely be doing future business with The Chevy Exchange solely based off my interactions with these two gentleman. More
