As a Certified Pre Owned dealer we offer the finest in low mileage one owner certified reconditioned and ready to go used cars. These certified pre owned vehicles offer a full factory warranty which includes basic warranty coverage for three months or three thousand miles (or the balance of the factory warranty) plus a six year one hundred thousand mile Powertrain warranty. We can also provide Ford Service contract coverage for the vehicle if you choose. Our highly trained service staff is certified by both Ford Certified and ASE national certified.

George O'Sullivan was the sales associate that worked with me, I appreciated everything that he helped me with. He was very friendly, always smiling, making jokes-he has a good sense of humor and creates a comfortable environment for you while you're in his care. He treats you life a friend and not just a customer. He is very knowledgeable pertaining to each vehicle and the variety of other things that Ford's offers. There was not one question I asked him about the car that he didn't know. I appreciated everything he helped me with and would recommend George to anyone who plans on buying a car in the future. Ryan was recommended to us by a family member who purchased a vehicle from him and we would recommend Ryan to anyone, knowing they would be treated with respect, care and superior service. Ryan sat in our new car with us, explaining all of the gauges and buttons. He even synched our phones for us so we could use the hands-free option before we left the parking lot - that's service! Ryan Balsley walked us through our options for financing and the various warranties offered, helping us know the right choice for us. He had a no-pressure approach, as well, which we really appreciate. The whole experience could not have been better. More

We stopped by Thoroughbred Ford to see it might be possible to trade in our Nissan Rouge for a vehicle that handles better in winter weather conditions. We were looking at used vehicles, but financing possible to trade in our Nissan Rouge for a vehicle that handles better in winter weather conditions. We were looking at used vehicles, but financing was somewhat of a concern. Brandon went out of his way to make sure we did not leave without a safe and affordable vehicle; and he did this while helping other customers, without inconveniencing us. After recently moving back to KC from Georgia we were looking for a 2nd vehicle with 4-wheel drive. We had visited several dealers and had not been able to come up with a reasonable deal. We had driven by Thoroughbred Ford several times but never stopped in. While we were out last week we decided to stop by the dealership. We were met by Bill kristl who worked with us and helped us find a vehicle that suited our needs. The car had a price on the window and we negotiated a deal that was very reasonable. After taking the car home we found that one of the heated seats was not working. We returned the next day and Bill took care of getting it fixed that same day at no additional charge. Bill was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him highly for anyone looking for a car at Thoroughbred Ford. More

We had a very bad experience at a Kansas Kia dealership. They just wanted to sell us a loan. The only way they would negotiate a deal was if we took their financing. My husband and I walked out. The next day I went to Thoroughbred Ford and contacted Harold Dorsey. He fixed me up with a nice 2012 Ford Fusion at a reasonable price. We went to Harold because we had such a good experience with him in 2012 when my husband bought his new Ford pick-up. We never should of went to that other dealership.
