I apologize for the miscommunication on our part with you on the day of your visit. Our service advisor should have informed you that, in the recall letter that Ford sent you it asked that you bring the car into the Ford dealer so that the cruise control could be disconnected, until the proper parts are available. It also stated that when the parts were available you would be recontacted by your local dealer to return and fix your vehicle. Again, I apologize for the miscommunication on our part and we would very much appreciate the opportunity to fix the car when the parts come in and give your car a proper detail.
