Mr. Windler, the third time that you spoke with the salesman was the first time that you discussed price. When you mentioned the $23 thousand dollar price, you were immediately corrected by the salesman and told that the price should be $32 thousand. As we have told you repeatedly, on several occasions, we use an outside company to post our used vehicles and a mistake was made on the price. The error was corrected as soon as it was discovered, and had been corrected long before you discussed price. The printout that you have of the vehicle also has a disclaimer at the bottom. The dealership and I have repeatedly apologized to you for the error on the website. We informed you that we had made a mistake, that we were sorry and that we would be happy to sell you the truck, but not at the price you wanted. We make mistakes occasionally and thus we have the disclaimer so that there is a double check in the rare event of an error. The lady that called you is one of the owners and she is our corporate attorney, please do not disrespect her. If our intent had been to mislead you, we would not have corrected the mistake on the phone. You never came in the door of our company, because we informed you of the mistake before hand. We did not intend to mislead anyone it was a mistake, and once again we are sorry.
