Enhance my experience? I had my wife take our NV3500 in for a basic oil change after the whole parts issue. You want to know what they said??? They would not service my van! They straight up said they didn't like me posting a bad review and that if I ever brought another car in they would not provide any services!!! FOR POSTING A BAD REVIEW!!! COMPLETE JOKE!!!
