Given this info, the salesman was still really interested in what we were looking for and what we could afford; not just how expensive of a vehicle he can sell us. He spent a lot of time with us and showed us and explained different options. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and understood our concerns. Even though we decided not to buy there, he was still very nice and told us we could still call him with other questions or concerns. The amenities at the dealerships service department were very appealing: cinema, nail salon and a café that looked like a 50s diner. More

If you are hungry, they have a food court, if you have kids, they have a play area, if you need your nails touched up, they have a nail salon. Because it was so late when I arrived and was pre approved but still had additional paperwork to bring back, Alex allowed me to take the car home for the weekend and come back on Monday to finish up my paperwork. No one has ever done that before. I was impressed and totally fell in love with my Chevy Cruz over the weekend. Thanks for all your help Alex.
