Joey Hurtuk is the man!! I went in to Tim Lally Chevrolet with no expectations of buying a vehicle. I just wanted to see what my options were if I decided to buy one. I met with Joey and told him what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. After all I really didn't "need" a new vehicle.I told him that if those expectations could be met I would buy a car from him on the spot. After looking at and test driving the Chevy Equinox, Joey and his team went to work and after some time he came back with an offer that met my expectations. It was a long shot but they did it. As I stated, if he could meet my expectations I would buy a car from him. I Did!! Good Job Joey!! More

Most of my interact I have had nothing but positive experiences at Tim Lally. I have been a customer since 2007 when I leased my first (and only) car. Most of my interactions have since been with the service staff (routine oil changes and repairs) and they are GREAT (especially Matt and Curtis). They are timely, friendly, polite, and respectable. They address any concerns I may have about my car and take the time to answer the many questions I sometime have. Scheduling a service appointment is easy. The waiting area is comfortable. Overall, great place and great customer service. More

Excellent job We traded in our third Tahoe (loved them all) to downsize to a smaller car. We rented the Traverse on vacation and really liked it. He was very easy to work with, very professional, and we would highly recommend him to future clients. We also were extremely impressed with the Finance Manager, Jason. Jason navigated the financing and warranty options, found additional incentives for us, and helped us to understand the financial package. He was very organized and very professional as well. I told Ryan (who was keeping me updated with new cars they get in daily) that my husband wanted to drive to Kalamazoo Michigan then fly to Florida to LOOK at cars he found online.
