Great work from everyone I worked with. The adviser was great, the tech went beyond the call of duty, job well done. The service desk did a fast good job at check out. Repair time is ridiculous and communication is almost nonexistent, cares very little for customer even if you are getting thousands on thousands of dollars of work done. I purchased a vehicle from you guys three years ago till today with warranty have brought the vehicle back to you guys for three repairs probably totaling close to 15 thousand or more just suspension work and minor engine repair and the lack of communication and just showing that you are concerned. I will never use this dealership for repairs again on the same vehicle or a new one if I ever choose to purchase from Tim Lally ever again. Absolute worst service department ever!!!!! More
