New Car Purchase On March 27 my eight year old daughter and I came in to Tim Lally to take a look at leasing a new car due to my up coming lease ending. Joe came right On March 27 my eight year old daughter and I came in to Tim Lally to take a look at leasing a new car due to my up coming lease ending. Joe came right out and greeted us and asked if we needed any help. I wasn’t to sure if I wanted to purchase after test driving the car. Joe was so understanding and told me to think about it and gave me his card. That Thursday he followed up and gave me a personal phone call, I still wasn’t to sure. And he understand. Most car salesman are so pushy and aggressive but he was the total opposite. He was also great with my daughter. On March 31 I came in but he had already three customer but he made me a top priority and a great overall customer experience. That day I drove off in my new car thanks to Joe. He’s awesome 😃! More

Sales person, Kitt is a superstar! She is wonderful and helped me through the entire process. Having said that...the rest of the dealership....not awesome. She doesn't work for Tim Lally Chevrolet, she just has an office there so they can provide instant quotes. She was truly nasty. I walked away from her. She is condescending. I don't Need that period this isn't the 1st card that I thought so I'm pretty sure I understand that you need in shines before you drive away in a vehicle. I wasn' planning on taking delivery that day. The finance person while very nice, tends to talk over and re explain things as if I couldn't possibly understand what he is saying to me. Again, he was nice, but I don't need information spelled out to me. I get it the first time I'm told...or I'll ask. That's annoying. Of I hadn't gotten what I needed from Kitt, I would have gone somewhere else. She did a great job. More
