The actual servicing of the car was not the issue here at all, the techs did their job well for the most part - I didn't wait extremely long either, I think an hour n half is quite some time but I had nothin all, the techs did their job well for the most part - I didn't wait extremely long either, I think an hour n half is quite some time but I had nothing else going on that day anyways. The issue I had was that this was my first time going here for service, and it was a bad first impression. I pulled into the service garage and sat there for 10 mins... then finally decided to walk around and find someone, I ended up at the cashier station - I asked what I do and where do I go, she said to just sit in my car and wait for someone... and I explained that I have BEEN waiting. I asked another employee and finally, they took me to the service office.... to find them all sitting down.. not attending to anyone in the service garage. After the service was done, I was given my keys and paid. THAT WAS IT (no one informed me where my car was or the run down of what was done/how the car is). I walked around the service garage looking for my car, I couldn't find it so I had to go ask the service dept where my car was, and we walked around the lot until we found it parked oddly far from the service garage.... also it was "washed" which would be really nice if not for the oil smudges left on the car. Usually when I go in for service (at my old dealership - and a less expensive brand of car as well) - they instantly took care of the customer, gave them the run down - customer would then sit for a bit and then the car would be ready and parked out front or in the service garage, they showed care for their job, and valued customer service. I understand there are larger issues at hand, but just based on this experience I definitely wouldn't want to come back. I feel cheated, buying the car I had all the customer service possible.. but after buying the car I am worthless to this company and location. (P.s The workers weren't rude, they were just lazy/careless and very anti social at best) More

I have smart sense coverage since I purchased the car from Tim Lally. When I came in a few weeks ago for my oil change and multi point check I told Sean who took care of me in the service dept. that I h from Tim Lally. When I came in a few weeks ago for my oil change and multi point check I told Sean who took care of me in the service dept. that I had smart sense so there should be no charge. I had never seen Sean before in all my time at Tim Lally. Sean said OK. When my car was finished being serviced Sean told me I owed $80.00 for an oil change. When I questioned it he said I used all my smart sense. So if in fact I have no more smart sense coverage I should have been told BEFORE any service was performed, not surprise me with a bill. $80.00 for an oil change is ridiculous. Sean's enthusiasm for any customer service was non- exsistant from the start. If I do not have any more smart sense coverage I more than likely will be taking my car for service elsewhere. Since Tim Lally moved from Rockside to its present location the service goes down each year. Donna Henry More
