Stephanie, I apologize you felt like you maybe had the runaround. We have three dealerships in town that are all a mile apart and over 350 vehicles in stock. Sometimes it’s hard for even the employees to keep track of every vehicle. We usually recommend that you Set up an appointment with one of our sales professionals so this way we can have the vehicle ready before you get here.
