Truck was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. The dealer left to go get it at another building then returned 20 minutes later, put the plates on the left again to get gas at the station he just The dealer left to go get it at another building then returned 20 minutes later, put the plates on the left again to get gas at the station he just passed. What should have taken less than 10 minutes took over 45. The dealer also told me I had a 30 day payment deferment, but the “closer” failed to mention that that went away when I signed up for autopay. More

I called about a car, what I had for a trade. Took 1 hour drive to the dealership. They honored what they said on the phone and within an hour and a half or so I was on my way.
