I recently financed the vehicle through Tim’s Truck Capital and when I brought it to my personal mechanic, He noticed a few issues that needed to be addressed. The first chance they had, I brought it up to Tim’s schedule an appointment with the service department and Amber scheduled me an appointment and within a few days I had all my problems fixed, and Tim’s Truck Capital took care of the bill. The only thing I would say needs improvement was the service department the man who helped me was very friendly and kind but I do not feel my vehicle concerns were looked at thoroughly as I was in and out of the bay in about 10-15min due to getting my inspection sticker and I left and still have a rotten egg smell at times so I do not feel they looked at my complaint but everything else was amazing More
