The truck purchase was enjoyable the sales people were able to listen to what we wanted as a family and did help us find a truck that fit our needs. The truck was an "inspected truck" so came with a 30d able to listen to what we wanted as a family and did help us find a truck that fit our needs. The truck was an "inspected truck" so came with a 30day warranty. So when the check engine light came on in the 3 hour drive home, we were a bit disappointed and afraid we been duped. So we waited a few days to see if there were other issues that came up. When we called their auto repair shop Amber told us no issue and come on down we are happy to fix the issue. Dropped the truck off because it was under warranty we were given a loaner car for the two weeks it took to find and fix the issues. The only issue was they believed it to be fixed twice and had us drive down twice to find out it was not done and the check engine light was still on. The drive for us was 3 hours each way 6 hour total, We feel that could of been avoided. But all that to the side we did get the truck back fixed and all issue were covered via warranty. We waited a few weeks before writing this to make sure all was fixed and no more issue to date. Over all they have more integrity then other car dealerships I been to and plan to use them again both for purchase and repair of my car / truck needs. More

I didn't think I was able to get a vehicle. I wanted to do it on my own and Charlie did it. He was persistent and determined to get me behind the wheel. My boss spoke highly, we have a Few guys that have had trucks with you, It was a great day Then to find I pulled out, Couple weeks later, I'm having problems with my muffler because it was rigged up Problem with my Undercarriage, You guys did pay half and help me... It just felt wrong, I guess maybe that was just me... But I always thought the customers, were treated right, not have to Worry about next month, having to buy a new muffler, etc. Thanks More

It was a Quick and easy process no haggling we didn’t really get an explanation of payments going into the signing so I wish we had that going into it.
