Short and sweet. Very sweet. My experience with tom gill and the sales associate (Cheri ) was very nice. She came out as i was looking at preowned trucks. I mentioned that i only had 45 minuites before i had somewhere else to be. She asked what i was looking for in a vehicle. I responded with the 5 needed features that were important to me in a truck, and that every other feature or option meant nothing to me. and she listened. She went into the building, and returned with information on a vehicle that had excactly what i was looking for. It was not preowned, but a leftover new model from 2017. She showed it to me and i liked it. Since i did not have much time, but i was curious about numbers and price, she set a timer on her phone so that i could leave at the time i needed to. I appreciated that. So i returned the next day, after thinking things over. I knew what i wanted, and what i wanted to pay. My time is important, and I dident want to spend all day. Either we work a deal, or we are wasting each others time. She understood that, and she made it happen. We only went back and forth on price twice, then shook hands on a deal. I told cheri how much i detest the typical car sales tactics, the time wasted, the haggling over price, the bait and switch. And how she was so much nicer to deal with. Im happy with my experience.
