They did right by me! I contacted Tom Gill Chevrolet by email on a Tuesday about 2 trucks I was interested in, and some quaestions I had about each. I received a very quick I contacted Tom Gill Chevrolet by email on a Tuesday about 2 trucks I was interested in, and some quaestions I had about each. I received a very quick response from Elisha Marcus with the answers I needed and did not even try to push me to come in for a test drive. I really liked that, I don't like dealing with pushy people. Because of Elisha's quick response to answer my questions and not being pushy, I felt, I could go in and be comfortable dealing with her. I made a test drive appointment, went into see her and came home with a newer truck. Elisha was every bit as pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to as anyone could hope for. The only other times I had felt this comfortable purchasing a vehicle, was when doing so from sales people I had known most of my life. She explained everything while going through the purchase process in an understandable way. She did a very good job going over the technology of the truck. They ain't like they use to be!! Back in the day a truck was just meant to be a workhorse to haul whatever, now you have to be tech savy just to get behind the wheel and drive one. I'm so thankful to have dealt with Elisha, she made everything easy to understand and got us on our way.
