I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and the financial person first told me the car I wanted wouldn't work for my price range. He told me to come back the next day and he would have something for me. I drove 40 minutes home expecting to come back and be purchasing a car. The next day, he said give me more time. I, then, asked him to scrunch some number to figure out a way the car would work for me. After a couple days he finally got the numbers to work for me. I have to give it to him he did work hard on finding a car for me. He was very bad at communicating with me on what I needed (information wise from my bank and such). The salesman, Brian Wood, was fantastic on the other hand. He greeted us immediately. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious like most salesman are. He was knowledgeable and he was and is an excellent communicator, he still contacts me to check up on everything. My car is great as well. So, thank you Tom Gill, for an amazing car. Even if my overall experience was fair, I would still recommend this dealership. More

Chris Roderick Our whole life itinerary was hugely upset when my daughter's car was totaled by a preoccupied driver. We were determined to buy a car and planned out what we wanted and by when. Time was short. We visited several dealerships looking at specifically targeted cars. The last before going to Tom Gill tried the "I'm on your side, will look out for you, will go to bat for you, high point of sale pressure" routine. An insult to my intelligence. Then we met Chris Roderick. No pressure, but a very good listener. The initial car we intended to see was larger than we desired and too costly for our purse. Taking the facts of what we shared already, Chris offered an alternative. Not a bad choice, but it was a 2010 with about 140k miles. The miles were a bit too high plus we did not have experience with a Mazda. As we were about to leave he pointed out a row of cars we had not walked through and drew our attention to an Infinity FX35 and stated the price of the car had just been discounted. Still a stretch on price for us and we left. Chris e-mailed me a day or two later to check-in. At first I said, not interested, questioning the replacement cost of 20" tires and suspect on how might handle in inclement weather. I gave permission to give my contact info to the previous owner. Chris followed up nicely. Was satisfied with that owner's info. The tires were 18" and all-season. Still not sold on the price part, my wife urged me to take a test drive to check it out once more. I did. Convinced. All the while Chris was right there - LISTENING, not badgering nor pushy. He was very knowledgeable, and what pieces of info he did not know, he was quick to get it for me. Chris is a genuine type of guy. He even passed my son's fairly intuitive smell test which is tough to do! Bottom line , I would buy from Chris again should the need arise. More
