We were treated like we mattered instead of like we couldn't afford anything. We were asked questions about our interest instead of told what to have. We were overall overwhelmed and pleasantly surprised about the respect and kindness we received from all three employees we came in contact with from the moment we walked through the door. We were there late, after hours and still they took their time, we never felt rushed or as if they were aggravated about being there late. It was a refreshing experience compared to what we had encountered from dealership that flat out give the "car salesman" their name or reputation. I normally DREAD going to try and car shop because let's face it... some car sales people can be very pressuring and like to follow you around the place and try and get you to buy.. buy ... buy.. and feed you all the bells and whistles. LeaAnne was not like that at ALL, she was NON-Pressuring and very professional. I was able to relate with her and feel completely comfortable and not intimidated at all! I originally was just trying to shop around online to get some ideas and do my homework before taking the plunge and purchase a new car. I filled out some information online and LeaAnne responded to me immediately. She just asked me a few questions to get an idea of what I was looking for and what direction I wanted to take. We exchanged information in case I had any more questions. There was NO pressure or hassle. A few days later my car completely died and I contacted her saying I needed a car immediately and she booked an appointment with me the next day. My boyfriend and I went in spoke with her, told her what our expectations was, she let us know what options we had. She let us test drive a couple of cars..went over all of the discounts and options to help us on our purchase. Considering everything was last minute, she met every expectation and met our financial expectations as well. We was there kind of long because of waiting on the banks response and filling out paperwork, (((which is normal, no one's fault))) and she even treated us to lunch, which I thought was really nice. There was NO PRESSURE, she did not try to push us into anything and listened to EVERYTHING we had to say! We highly recommend her hands down! More

They told us that they use the old Saturn philosophy of "fair pricing" so that there is no negotiating. They were transparent about how they set the price for the car we were purchasing and the car we were trading. This made the experience very pleasant because there was no anxiety and none of that feeling of animosity that comes from negotiating a price. More

I have always brought both cars into for T,Gills for service , didn't care for the service dept. at GMC,. While waiting for my Wife's car a lady that was customer service asked if she could help and after telling her my story she put me in touch with Steve Fisher who solved my problem ,dropped my payments 200$ a mouth and gave me a 2015 Traverse and a check for near 4000$ on a 3 yr. 12,000 mile lease.
