Took our Toyota GR86 to Pappas for an oil change and the 1-year service. They put one of those oil change reminder stickers on the windshield, gave us a receipt, and sent us on our way. Then a week later, we get a call saying the oil change was never actually done. Seriously? So what did we wait an hour for the first time? How do you give someone a receipt and a sticker like everything’s taken care of, but skip the actual oil change? That’s not just frustrating—it’s dangerous. If they forget something that basic, what else are they missing? We had to bring the car back and wait another hour. And honestly, who even knows if they did it this time? We’ve bought three cars from this dealership, but after this mess (and a bad experience with our last purchase), we’re done. I won’t be bringing any of our Toyotas back here once the warranty is up. Just awful service all around. More
