And on the basis of this, in the future I do not want to buy anything from this company precisely because of this annoying little thing, and I warn other potential buyers about such pettiness and injustice of the main boss! Shay sold us our 1st car from Pappas in April 2021 which was a great experience. So in November, when we needed to get a 2nd car, Shay was the first person we called. Excited to have a new Sequoia after hitting 222K on my 2012 thanks to the great care from the service department. I will never be back. Went to Lou fusz got $9800 more on my trade. Also I work for Toyota. I get a nice discount. I ordered the car in July its now end of November before the car even came in. Now I'm without a car for a few days until our new one comes in, from Lou Fusz. I will inform all my coworkers at TMMM about this as well. Go to Lou fusz toyota. We thought our purchase and trade in went smoothly back in February 2020. We traded in a 2014 Mustang for a 2017 Mustang. We negotiated that our aftermarket wheels/tires from our 2014 trade in would be swa in February 2020. We traded in a 2014 Mustang for a 2017 Mustang. We negotiated that our aftermarket wheels/tires from our 2014 trade in would be swapped with the wheels/tires from the 2017. We purchased their triple protection warranty (approx. $600) on the tires, wheels, windshield, and dent repair after being told the aftermarket wheels/tires would be covered. All went smoothly and we were excited! Then the dealer kept coming up with excuses as to why the wheels couldn't have been swapped: the aftermarket ones won't fit on the 2017, so we bought the lug nut kit to provide to them. Then they said there's some "box" in the engine bay that is falsely allowing the car to pass emissions. We asked for this box because upon our research it was a diagnostic tool so if that is somehow passing over sensors then we'd like this box as we had never seen it (not to mention it was perfectly clean while the rest of the engine bay was not). They did not allow us to take the box. Then they claimed the trade in did not have catalytic converters and since that would cost as much as the wheels, they wanted to keep the wheels otherwise wanted to unwind the deal. We should have undone it at that point. We requested written proof of this statement as we had an aftermarket exhaust put on professionally so if they removed the cats then we need to go after them. They never provided this statement. They checked again and magically there were the cats. After this headache, they agreed to swap the wheels per the original negotiation and signed agreement. Current day - we've tried to now use the triple protection for some wheel scratches and we've been informed that the warranty does not cover aftermarket wheels or tires. The warranty only covers factory items, regardless of the fact that the aftermarket wheels and tires were put on as part of our purchase. We don't even own the stock 2017 tires/wheels as Pappas kept these. We should have pushed for these as we provided the 2014 stock wheels/tires when we traded the car in. So now we're fighting with the warranty company and attempting to get our money back for this warranty seeing as we never could have used it in the first place. The warranty company has been far better and more helpful to us than this awful dealer. They may be a good place to buy from if you have a simple and easy trade/purchase. But don't go here if you have any special requests. Clearly severely shady business practices! Try to get over on people! And to think we almost went back for a 4Runner. Glad we bought a Palisade instead! More

We initially reached out to Isabel at Pappas Toyota about a car for my teen in August 2021, and Isabel was the one to help me since we had previously purchased my Sienna XLE from her mom. Although we didn’t a car for my teen in August 2021, and Isabel was the one to help me since we had previously purchased my Sienna XLE from her mom. Although we didn’t buy my son car from her or Pappas; we were so impressed with her honesty and patience; that we decided to only deal with her and Pappas for our next new vehicle purchase. So, I contacted Isabel on Thursday, September 16th about purchasing a new 21 Toyota Highlander. She texted me all the available vehicles, their prices, trade allowance and rebates. On Friday, I arrived at the dealership to test drive and was greeted with a smile and hello. Also, kudos for the great patience shown; even with her not feeling well at the time. While at the dealership, she introduced me to Brett Bales from Finance to have a few questions answered that I had about finance and warranties. On Saturday, when my wife and I arrived at the dealership Isabel had two different Highlander’s parked side by side for my wife and I to look and she showed great knowledge of Toyota brand. We finally decide to make a purchase on Saturday, September 20th and Isabel had played a major role in our decision, by the way she kept us informed every step of the way. She even put up with my impatience when I would reach out for updates on various issues. I highly recommend buying from Pappas - and would consider buying from them again in the future. Thank you!!!
