This was my first visit to the dealership for service. I was here visiting for my 5000 mile service included in my purchase. While I had some trouble locating where to go (a bush was covering the sign) I eventually found the right spot when I spied all the other cars. Patrick helped me figure out where I was going and he quickly noticed it was my first time there. He helped me locate the waiting room and showed me the many amenities there. When it was time to pay he located me quickly, updated me on the status of my car, and made sure to mention it had been washed. He introduced me to Trudy and she quickly helped me check out and Patrick walked me right to my car so I will know where it will be parked in the future. The service was quick, efficient, and as promised. More
In my lifetime i have purchased over a dozen new vehicles. This was by far the most enjoyable purchase i have ever made. He bent over backwards to meet my numbers and treated me and my daughter like royalty. Tim Reagan in finance and Lacey Munzer could not have been any nicer or more helpful. To go into a dealership today with no sales pressure is a rarity. Every body at Pappas Toyota was extremely friendly and professionable.Would i recommend this dealership, yes, this is the only dealership i would recommend to everyone. More
The employees at Pappas are amazing! They all seem to really care about taking care of each customer. I bought a new car at a different dealership a few years ago and it was an awful experience. I was blown away by Pappas not only by the selection of vehicles, but also how knowledgeable the sales people are as well as the finance team. Frank was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Tim Reagan handled the finance part and he was awesome and went over every detail with us. They go over the car with you at the end too so you know how everything works and how to make the best of the new car. The overall experience was above and beyond what I expected. I highly suggest going to Pappas if you're looking for a new car! More
We dropped by Pappas Toyota just to look at the new Prius V's and John Masson made us feel like we'd just found our way home ... like we were long-lost friends, and, oh by the way, if we decided we wanted V's and John Masson made us feel like we'd just found our way home ... like we were long-lost friends, and, oh by the way, if we decided we wanted a new Prius, he'd love to sell us one, but even if we didn't, it was great to see us. He never pressured us, just answered tons of questions, had the patience of Job while we debated whether to buy -- then what color to buy -- gave us a great deal on our trade-in ... in short, was a joy to deal with. Everyone at the dealership has been very friendly and helpful when I've called with silly questions about the car's computer. And I just learned that I can get a free manicure while I wait to get my car serviced! I love this place! More
Worst dealership I've ever been to. Found a van they had listed on line. Called Tony Garner to work out a price over the phone since I live 100 miles away. We agreed on a price and he assured me it was a done deal since I told him I didn't want to drive all that way for nothing. Took off work early drove down and he raised the price 1000.00 And the van was in no condition to drive with the windshield shattered. Hail damage which they failed to list on line. Needless to say didn't buy van and will never buy anything from Tom Pappas Toyota. More

My wife,Donna, and I live almost 90 miles away, in central Illinois. We had seen several positive ads concerning Pappas Toyota, so we decided to visit their facility. As we pulled into a parking spac central Illinois. We had seen several positive ads concerning Pappas Toyota, so we decided to visit their facility. As we pulled into a parking space, a smiling face (JOHN MASSON) greeted us, almost immediately. After hearing our needs, John took us in his cart to the area of the new Toyota Tacomas, showing different models and answering various questions. At no time did John rush his service or try to push a sale. He was such a gentleman ! We purchased a 2012 Tacoma that very day and seemed to be pleased with the truck as we left. NOW, the story takes a strange twist! After driving the new truck bsck home to central Illinois, and driving the Tacoma for a few days, we weren't totally pleased. At that same time, John followed up via a phone call, asking about the new truck. We told John that we would like a little different truck, a V6 instead of a 4 cylinder. John told us that a V6 would have to be located, but that he would work night and day until our needs were met. John's comment was, "don't you guys worry one bit, that's my job". For the next 3 weeks, John kept in touch by phone, sometimes 2-3 times a week, just touching bases and keeping our spirits positive. ALWAYS THE GENTLEMAN ! After 3 1/2 weeks the new V6 Tacoma arrived and we are totally pleased and ready for summer travel. Just as important, we feel indebted to John for his genuine service and support.
