Have bought and used service department for many years at this dealership- overall happy with experience. My last experience was disappointing- service communication was good from staff. Unfortunately service was around $219 for them to do diagnostic check - nothing showed but from my description and miles on the car I was told $6,500 replacement of transmission- I had to decline that amount. Went to pick up my daughters car, they did not run it through wash, tires was low (they use to do a quick check and wash car) nothing was done. They called me about trade in went to look at possible cars - felt like salesman was not interested after used car sales manager asked them to help us. Found better service and interaction with other dealership and made purchase - really disappointed Tom Wood Nissan made us feel like we did not have enough money to spend to give us time and attention. Look to take my future service needs somewhere else. More

I bought my Rogue a week and 2 days ago. I worked with Kevin and he was great. I took it in to have the shop check on something today and the experience there was amazing.
