I had an HRV coming off lease and wanted to try the Crosstrek. I looked at all spes in comparison and the Crosstrek had more features I needed - height and legroom. I got the sales rep's business card Crosstrek. I looked at all spes in comparison and the Crosstrek had more features I needed - height and legroom. I got the sales rep's business card and said I would email my questions. I did it that day. It was 3 days later with nothing so I sent an email saying, the delay in response made it not fit for this dealer. Ironically, I got a message a few hours later, WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT NAME, I CANNOT HELP YOU. As a prospective new client, how would I have an account number? I gave him my full name so not sure what more I could have done and got my new car this weekend to a different dealership. It is so simple, follow up and be nice. More
