Ryan deserves a big raise. He is smart and figures out ways to get it done. I would lock him in where he would not be tempted to leave for more pay elsewhere. The boss John is amazing. I one time could not get my seat belt to work I stopped in and he met me at the car. He took the time to fix it himself. He said no charge before he fixed it. Great man smart and fun to chat with. If i ever\ buy a new car it will be because of Ryan and John and the service they have offered over the years. No I am not a relative of either but they are all that I assure you.
