A $51K van with no spare tire? Why would anyone think its a great idea to risk a family vehicle being stranded who knows where with only a can of sealer good for only a simple leak? I thought the start stop button was bad on the highlander at first but a mfr producing a 6K pound vehicle with no spare tire (and no run flat tires installed) really surprised me. More

I've come to expect the FREE multi-point inspection that is typically included with this service (and is offered on your website), but it was not performed this time. The omission of this expected added value forces me to re-evaluate my service choices. With several convenient oil change providers within a five-mile radius of my home, I have to ask: What is the compelling reason for me to drive 20 miles and 25 minutes of my time, to your service center if the promised value-added services are not consistently delivered? More

I always appreciate bringing my Highlander “home” for its maintenance. It was recently in the body shop for repairs due to an accident. Since, something in the right front had progressively gotten more and m maintenance. It was recently in the body shop for repairs due to an accident. Since, something in the right front had progressively gotten more and more noisy, a hollow knocking noise. Mentioned if while in here, anything is seen to let me know and I’ll follow up with the body shop as I had a standing appt to return to them. They saw the tie rod end was loose and tightened it up. It seriously eliminated the noise & jiggly feeling I was beginning to feel in the brake pedal while going over bumps. Above and beyond your call of duty, but very much appreciated!!! Thank you More

My salesman, Sal, was easy to work with, and I never felt as though I was being pushed into a purchase. The car had arrived to the dealership from 200 miles away the day of my test drive.. it had not been cleaned or prepped yet. When I decided to make the purchase, the service employees got the car ready that afternoon. I believe that the man who did the paperwork stayed late so I would not have to come back another day for pick up. I am a retired lady, and I do not believe that I could have been treated better. Women of a certain age are too often treated as though they are not the sought after demographic and that it is an imposition to have to wait on them. My fears were not realized. I had done thorough research on all of the specs of the six Corolla Crosses available, and I was respected. For knowing the facts . Sal Sabir was an excellent salesperson, and I would certainly feel comfortable in referring my friends and family to him. More
