My appointment was for a free 64 point inspection. When I arrived they verified I was there for an oil change and check. There’s too much to explain here in full, but due to the severity of the situation, my attorney will be contacting corporate directly. They attempted to pass a service charge on to me that the warranty company had actually instructed them to continue to diagnose because they needed more information. The only updates I received were vague mentions that they needed “more time to diagnose,” yet they tried to bill me hourly for that time. To make matters worse, I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup via tow — only for the tow truck to arrive and find that the car was not, in fact, ready. The lack of communication, poor service, and mishandling of the situation made for a completely unacceptable experience. More
