Mindy was nice and stayed in contact but our vehicle is not running at all now and is back in the shop. We told them what we believed to be the issue and they replaced 2 other parts that wouldn't have gone not running at all now and is back in the shop. Scheduled routine maintenance and a recall. I was told that the recall started with an inspection which was incorrect.
