Today my husband and I signed our third lease with Toyota of Braintree. Yet again we had a wonderful experience . Joe was extremely kind and professional. When we arrived for our appointment Joe was ready to go and we were able to complete the processes within a few hours. I always recommend Toyota of Braintree and I will continue to do so. Not to mention this is my third highlander ( first hybrid) and I love them! More

Sent them a request for a vehicle that I was seriously interested in buying. Have already been pre-qualified with my bank and have driven the make and model before and know it’s something I like. Being military I tend to buy cars from out of state a lot. Nothing new to me. I get a response from the sales manager that due to the shortage of inventory they will not sell a car to anyone that doesn’t live in mass. I have family In The area and frequently visit the area so picking it up wouldn’t have been an issue. This dealership needs to get there priorities straight. More

I have been leasing cars from toyota for the last 15 years and have always had a great experience.
