I found their offer on a new Highlander to be very fair and reasonable so when I returned to New England this past week I came in to Toyota of Braintree to see if we could work something out.I spoke first with internet Sales Manager Eric Franke who introduced me to Joe lawlor. I was impressed by the fact that the original offer that had been made on the internet was lived up to without any attempt to "upgrade" me or to sell me more than I was looking for ,nor was there any problem negotiating my trade in Joe was straightforward and directas were the other folks in the dealership. They made buying a new car simple pleasant and without hassels or pressure.. I could not have been more pleased.i I had been told by my daughter that thuis was a great place to buy a Toyota and I would agree. I can't recommend this dealership strongly enough! More

My 10 year old Tacoma truck had been costing more and more to repair and had to be towed in. I knew that to continue to do increasingly costly repairs was a losing proposition, but I was hesitant to plunge into a new purchase. My experience with salesperson Shane Paiva made the decision much easier than it might have been elsewhere. His friendly, welcoming, no-pressure approach made me feel comfortable and ready to move forward. He was always professional, open, clear, and informative. He made the process stress-free and convenient. In particular, I want to emphasize how helpful he was to facilitate all the paperwork and details at a time when I was in the middle of my work week as a teacher. I hadn't planned to buy a car mid-week and had a whole schedule of classes, meetings, and appointments I had to work around. Shane went out of his way to get me on the road in my new Rav 4 in a timely way, so that by Friday I had my new sticker and was driving in to work without missing a beat. The pleasant atmosphere caused me to change my mind. So I also purchased a vehicle also. There was a pre-owned and a new vehicle purchased although below only one is checked off. Salesman Rubens and finance man Brian were the 2 we primarily worked with but so many others extended incredible courtesy. Some known names checked below but others were extremely friendly as well.
