He took the time to help figure out what would be best for me to get out of this awful financial burden I found myself in. I will never again sign an ungodly lease for that long ever again. I promise you that. Rubin showed me the errors of my ways. I drove away with a beautiful new Toyota Highlander With all the bells and whistles. Thank you Rubin for hooking me up. This dealership cuts no corners when it comes to ensuring the customer's experience is as stress-free as possible. You don't just get a quick "how was your experience?" at the end of the purchase when everything is squared away. Every staff member I interacted with throughout the process made sure to ask if everything was moving along okay and if there was anything else I needed. I've been getting a lot of crap from another dealership trying to cancel my purchase (because obviously I went with Toyota), and Javier has never been too busy to help verify whether the other dealership's threats are empty or actually have any truth to them. Not only that, but he's been advising me on how he'd handle each situation. Bottom line: Javier and the rest of the staff I worked with shoot straight, and I suggest any customers reading this do the same. More
