We had to wait a bit for our car since we were picky about what we wanted, but we were kept informed and it was definitely worth the wait! Bob Hadges was very organized and made signing the important paperwork feel painless. Two visits to the dealership to buy the car and then pick it up...and not one ounce of stress or feeling of being pressured. Excellent Service I came in to trade in my lease that I had with Toyota. I worked with Bob and he asked me what I wanted to do, and I told him exactly what I wanted. I wanted to switch over to a Prius C from a Rav 4 and not pay much more in a monthly payment. Bob was very straightforward and I felt he really cared for me and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. It was so helpful, and fast. In 1 1/2 hours I had test driven, worked out a deal and signed all my paperwork and got my new car. I am so happy that I made the switch to come to this Toyota dealership, I really felt well serviced, everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, especially Bob. When I picked up my car Bob spent about 45 minutes with me going over all the features, which these days is quite a bit to go over! As a result I felt very comfortable driving away and I know that he will always be available to help me in the future. Definitely the place to go for a Toyota! More

While I am not a negotiator, I felt that I was given a fair price for both the car I purchased and for my trade. Having a person who is a go-between with sales and service is a great idea. Bill gave me the information I needed to schedule a maintenance check up, which is included with the purchase. I would recommend Toyota of Braintree. Be prepared, though, to spend a great deal of time getting everything put together. I didn't expect to be there for 5 hours, but they were quite busy, and it took some time to get the financing taken care of. All-in-all a great experience. More
