First let me explain that I recently experienced the very emotional loss of my wife of forty years, whom I might add selected the second car we bought, unfortunately she wasn't able to see it realized, in the process is when we lost her. I called and explained our circumstances to Bob Wilfand, who also knew my wife from our first purchase, and I could genuinely feel the sadness and concern from him and his condolences were heartfelt. I was ready to cancel the purchase, but later realized that this is what she wanted. There was no pressure, no problem just to wait until I was ready and if not that was fine as well. With everything on my mind I couldn't pay much attention to details and truthfully could care less at that time, however Bob Wilfand made sure that everything I needed and more was provided to me and for me. To sum it up, Bob Wilfand and Tufankjian Toyota looked out for me when I couldn't look out for myself. That in itself is priceless and let us not forget a great price on my Camry. More

He understood that this was a big decision and didn't pressure me into anything. I really enjoyed talking with him and he was more than helpful and accommodating through the whole process. Both Erwin and his manager (Mark McElroy) were incredibly professional and genuinely happy to see me get into the car I wanted. Wallace Langame helped me with the financing and got me a great rate comparable to what I received shopping on my own. They gave me a very fair appraisal on my trade-in and gave me a beautiful car at a price I'm confident no other dealer could give. Erwin, Mark, Wallace, and Bob Hymen have made a customer for life! When the time comes to buy another car I will surely be returning to them. I cannot reiterate what an amazing team Tufankjian has and how pleasurable they made buying a car! More

Good Experience Great dealer and great prices. Walked in there looking to see what prices they will give me for my trade in and for a 2015 Tundra Crewmax Limited. Great dealer and great prices. Walked in there looking to see what prices they will give me for my trade in and for a 2015 Tundra Crewmax Limited. Had two more appointments that day with other dealerships but they pretty much beat their prices and then still went a little lower. Price was lower then truecar.com lowest price for the vehicle and they gave me book value for my trade in. Andy was great as well as Mark. I did have an issue with the delivery of the truck. before walking in, the estimate delivery date was 16-20th then I was told the 21st then 5 days later still nothing. Didn't show up until the 28th but it was out of their hands. It was due to railroad strikes. They were also not happy about the situation either and they understood my frustration. But overall, I would go there again even for this minor setback. But once the vehicle arrived, it felt like I was priority and as soon as I walked in, Mark was there to greet me as well as Andy. Also I called everyday for two weeks from a clam phone call to a agitated phone call and Mark and Andy were still there at the end to make sure everything is smooth and perfect. They were great. Carlos has called me and he was also very clear on the delays and the updates as soon as he got them. Mark called me the final three days to give me an update even if it was a negative update but still an update. Even Brain was there to greet me after I sat down. My paperwork was all in order and was ready for me to sign when everything was ready. Great team there. Bill did a great job on the accessories. Great knowledge of the products. Even with the setback, I will be going back there. No questions about it. If you do want a custom vehicle or a vehicle that isn't at the lot, just be warned, it can take longer then expected. Their Service team is also top notch. I have not been to their service yet but I know a lot of people that will drive there just to have their vehicle serviced. They do a great job. More
