We are long time customers of Toyota of Braintree and love this dealership! My 2000 Camry needed to be replaced I’ve had it serviced here with Kendol many years with kindness and compassion from him. Idalia welcomed us with open arms and really took a lot of time to find us the perfect Camry certified to our needs. We really appreciated all her time and patience and effort. So happy to have met her and she really cares about what her customers are looking for especially at my age. We are so happy with the Camry Idalia found for us it is perfect! We were very impressed with John the mechanic who prepared and explained some things on the car. Only dealership I trust and can’t wait to bring them more customers! More

I had an outstanding experience buying my new car, and I owe it all to Joe Lawlor. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the process smooth, enjoyable, and even fun! Not only did he stay late to make sure everything was taken care of, but he also made a fun and thoughtful video when my car arrived, which made the moment even more exciting and personal. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers. What really impressed me was after the sale, I didn’t realize I had left some personal belongings in my old car, but Joey Foy kept everything safe and had it ready for me when I came back. That kind of honesty and attention to detail really stood out. He sale me an unsafe car , the car keep breaking down with me in the middle almost put me on a car crash. He said I have no other choice than keep the car he already had the money for it, it is my respon with me in the middle almost put me on a car crash. He said I have no other choice than keep the car he already had the money for it, it is my responsibility to pay it or take it. Everyone who came to buy a car has the necessary for it but doesn’t want something who can destroy their life . I did purchase a CHR just finished paying it and had no other choice than trade in it to get this one because it had problems since I bought it and now they want me to get into the same thing again . That’s on fair to me. Money is not easy the way guys sit down get it easily and think it same for everyone . Do not keep put people on the obligation to pay for the money you guys spent unfairly. He has the car , my down payment and the loan on his hand and want me to keep paying it. Let me know it will be on my credit anyway to avoid that I should pay for it. That’s more cruel than stealing from someone or destroy someone life. More

Okay the 2nd time is a charm (not the 3rd) again hands down the best experience I have ever received.
