Great car buying experience! I called and the dealership negotiated a deal with me over the phone since I lived more than 2 hours away. OVERALL IT WAS GREAT I went in as a single parent, recently divorced wanting to finance a car on my own. I actually told Brandon, which wasnt a normal thing for a car sho I went in as a single parent, recently divorced wanting to finance a car on my own. I actually told Brandon, which wasnt a normal thing for a car shopper to do, that I would be willing to pay a little more interest not to have a co-signer. He worked really hard for me and I actually got my first choice of car. s I got home in my car Alford Polk called me and said that Capital One wouldnt accept the loan due to my overall totally income and that he went to a different finance company and would I be willing to come in and fill out the paperwork for that company. So the next day I went in and did that. During this process I was told that the warranty had to be dropped in order to meet the guidelines this finance company wanted me to meet. I feel like any time you buy a used car you will have to put a little money into it. However, Although Mr. Polk informed me of the loss of the warranty, I wasnt happy about it. At this point I had already driven the car home and was in desperate need of a car. Now that I have driven the car I have discovered a popping noise while turning. This is a major expense and feel like the car should have not been sold with this major problem..Everyone knew I was a struggling single parent with not much income. I realize this is a business and everyone needs to profit but honestly my best interest was not the root of this sale. I am very deflated by this after the wonderful experience I had. More
