A happy end to a bad beginning. We were forced to go through the car buying experience after my spouse's car was totaled in an accident. We dreaded the process. I was disgusted aft We were forced to go through the car buying experience after my spouse's car was totaled in an accident. We dreaded the process. I was disgusted after making atrip to Atlanta Friday night to look at a used sienna that didn't match the description. This triggered the thought to look at a new sienna. I spoke with salesmen from dealerships to include ( Knoxville, Marietta, Atlanta, and Macon). Keith swafford helped to answer my questions by phone on a new sienna se. We started our journey due to this interaction and the price that was superior to all of the other dealerships for a comparative vehicle. After arriving, Paul greeted us and we looked at the new sienna as well as some used sienna. He was helpful answering questions and offering his recommendations. Justin helped finalize the deal and Zane was helpful in closing the deal. Everyone was excellent to work with through this process. More

New car purchase I was in the process of finding a new car for my wife. I was not highly considering the Toyota Highlander but wanted to look at it. OVERALL IT WAS GREAT I went in as a single parent, recently divorced wanting to finance a car on my own. I actually told Brandon, which wasnt a normal thing for a car sho I went in as a single parent, recently divorced wanting to finance a car on my own. I actually told Brandon, which wasnt a normal thing for a car shopper to do, that I would be willing to pay a little more interest not to have a co-signer. He worked really hard for me and I actually got my first choice of car. s I got home in my car Alford Polk called me and said that Capital One wouldnt accept the loan due to my overall totally income and that he went to a different finance company and would I be willing to come in and fill out the paperwork for that company. So the next day I went in and did that. During this process I was told that the warranty had to be dropped in order to meet the guidelines this finance company wanted me to meet. I feel like any time you buy a used car you will have to put a little money into it. However, Although Mr. Polk informed me of the loss of the warranty, I wasnt happy about it. At this point I had already driven the car home and was in desperate need of a car. Now that I have driven the car I have discovered a popping noise while turning. This is a major expense and feel like the car should have not been sold with this major problem..Everyone knew I was a struggling single parent with not much income. I realize this is a business and everyone needs to profit but honestly my best interest was not the root of this sale. I am very deflated by this after the wonderful experience I had. More

Car buying made easy I often hate buying a new car. Dealing with pushy sale people and feeling like I am being taken for a ride makes what should be a great day a lot les I often hate buying a new car. Dealing with pushy sale people and feeling like I am being taken for a ride makes what should be a great day a lot less fun than it should be. This was most definitely not the case at Toyota of Cleveland. From the time I stepped onto the lot until I drove away in my new truck, the staff was helpful and courteous. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. The sales price was fair, the trade offer was fair and everyone went out of their way to may our experience enjoyable. More
